Luis Aversa
Cofounder & Managing Partner
Luis Aversa leads engineering at Orcasio. He is a senior technologist with 20 years of experience managing large-scale development and infrastructure projects with Expertise in containerization, cloud migration, enterprise architecture, web application development, security architecture, and capacity/disaster recovery planning.
Luis served as a fellow and director of DevOps and Cloud capabilities at Verizon driving enterprise wide engineering and adoption of cloud and DevOps capabilities
A passionate DevOps expert, Luis has built several zero touch secure cicd pipeline management solutions as well as engineered solutions for manifesting applications across clouds using modern zero downtime deployment constructs.
Luis is a native of Argentina having completed his bachelors in engineering and then earned two master degree in computer science and MIS.
A veteran of cloud and container technologies and a software engineer by profession , Ragu was an early pioneer in cloud solutions to drive engineering productivity and next generation digital capabilities at Verizon. Ragu pioneered the introduction of kubernetes across the DevOps community and drove adoption of critical next gen applications on the platform. After serving as a associate fellow at Verizon, Ragu joined Northwestern Mutual where he was responsible for the second generation of micro services and container technology paving the foundations for zero touch application deployments across their customer and advisor platforms.
Ragu decided to form Orcasio given his passion for building high quality platforms and scaling cloud and DevOps across enterprises.

Ragu Srinivasan

Ramesh is a seasoned cloud architect with extensive experience across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud). As an early advocate of cloud-native solutions, he has successfully transformed large enterprises through strategic cloud adoption and containerization.
Prior to co-founding Orcasio, he led cloud initiatives at Verizon and AIG, building scalable cloud infrastructure and fostering DevOps cultures. He possesses a strong understanding of security, compliance, and operational excellence, along with expertise in both infrastructure and full-stack application development.
His duties at Orcasio involve building robust cloud-native platforms and evangelizing enterprise-wide DevOps practices. He effectively engages with both executive leadership and development teams to drive successful cloud transformations.
